I have bookmarked all of these in a focus folder on Spotify! thank you Matt! I probably should work to music more often than I do, but I tend to forget to put on something! I do love the track recommended by Andrew and go to it often, when he shares it!
Ah thank you Vicky ! Being organised enough to remember where tracks are, or to create a playlist does not come easily. But taking the time to save songs in an apple note, or to the bookmark bar of google chrome, or as you’ve done, a Spotify playlist, is time well spent …
But I can go through phases of listening to one song constantly… and then one day, it’s just dead to me and I hate it 🤣🤷♂️
My eldest is dyslexic & we are currently going through the diagnosis process with my middle. Pretty sure it comes via me but I’ve never been diagnosed - music is like a balm in our house. I read Clair du lune & clicked subscribe because that song has calmed my nervous system more times than I care to admit over the years (absolutely since my Twilight era). Thank you for other clickable suggestions I’m off to explore them now.
You are most welcome. I shall share more as i find them !! the ‘calm kids playlist on spotify’ often gets played to try and calm things down towards the end of the day, but it doesnt always work out the way i want !
I love this post so much — already bookmarked! Such a cool, practical resource (and definitely ready to share with friends who need a little extra focus support). 💗
BUT 😅 I still can’t figure out how anyone can work with the Minecraft-style tracks… I lasted about 21 seconds. 🤣 Chapeau to whoever can!

Please do! Some days are better than none is a motto I like to use in our house 🙃🤣
