Bring Your Perspective to the Hub!
A live collaboration series for writers, creators, and thoughtful humans
Productivity is not a subject we understand once and then permanently master.
We return to the same questions at different moments:
How do we begin?
How do we protect our attention?
How do we choose between competing ideas?
How do we keep going without exhausting ourselves?
How do we build a way of working that actually fits our lives?
During the first cycle of the Show Up Productivity Hub, we explored twelve of these questions through articles, reflections, practical exercises and community conversations.
Now, we are entering a new phase. From August 10 through the final week of October 2026, I will revisit these themes through a series of short live conversations with writers, creators, educators and people bringing valuable perspectives from other fields.
And I would love to invite you to be part of it!
Your work does not need to be “about productivity”
In fact, the most interesting conversations may come from people working in completely different areas.
Your expertise might be connected to:
Creativity or the arts
Writing or publishing
Business and entrepreneurship
Research or education
Technology
Wellbeing
Neurodivergence
Parenting and family life
Community-building
Books and ideas
Personal growth
A lived experience you are ready to explore
Together, we will identify the productivity question inside your subject.
Perhaps your work reveals something about beginning before you feel ready. Perhaps it shows how attention is protected or repeatedly lost. Perhaps it challenges traditional ideas about consistency, ambition, success, rest or discipline.
The objective is not to force your work into a productivity formula. It is to use a thoughtful productivity lens to help both our audiences see your subject from a fresh and practical perspective.
What the live session will look like
Each collaboration will usually be:
Approximately 15–20 minutes
Scheduled on a Monday
Informal, focused, and conversational
Shared with the Show Up Productivity Hub audience
Available for the guest to share or reuse afterward
Inspired by Show Up Productivity Hub theme
Preferred Monday session times are:
1:15 p.m. Central European time (7:15 a.m. EST)
5:15 p.m. Central European time (11:15 a.m. EST)
9:15 p.m. Central European time (3:15 p.m. EST)
You will not need to prepare a formal presentation. Before the session, you will receive a simple structure and the core questions we may explore. The goal is to create a genuine conversation.
What you bring
You bring your experience, perspective, expertise, and curiosity.
When completing the interest form, you can select:
The theme or week that resonates with you
The subject you would like to explore
The connection you see between your work and the theme
Your preferred dates and times
A question or idea you would especially enjoy discussing
You may also submit a spontaneous collaboration idea that is not connected to the current calendar.
What I bring as your host
I’m Madda—an illustrator, surface pattern designer, and educator. I freelance as content manager for The Studio of LKB and her amazing YouTube channel (that just celebrated the first 20K!), and I’m the co-founder of the Show Up Productivity Hub and I host the Move Forward Monday Articles.
I studied computer science with a focus on human-computer interaction and usability. I have also worked in content management, SEO, education, and international community-building for several years.
I have extensive experience hosting and coordinating conversations both online and in person.
In Italy, the US, and Switzerland, I worked with cultural organizations and hosted university-level cultural events. I’m used to working with international student communities and have continued hosting creative critiques, live sessions, workshops, and community conversations for artists and creative minds.
As your host, my role is to:
Make the conversation feel comfortable and natural
Give your work and perspective space to shine
Ask focused questions rather than simply promoting my own ideas
Connect your expertise to useful productivity reflections
Help both audiences discover something they can apply
Create a piece of content that remains valuable after the live session ends
You will also experience my unmistakably Italian interpretation of sophisticated broadcasting 😅
Why participate?
A collaboration can help you:
Show Up for your Creative and Productivity journey!
Introduce your work to a neighboring audience
Explore your subject from a fresh angle
Create reusable long-form or short-form content
Build a genuine relationship with another creator
Give your existing audience a more personal way to engage with you
Test an idea that might later become an article, workshop or offering
Contribute to a thoughtful conversation about how people actually work, live and thrive
This is intended to be a meaningful exchange, not a transactional guest appearance.
The first collaboration season
The initial live series will run:
August 10 through the final week of October 2026
I am currently collecting expressions of interest and will begin confirming the first calendar draft by: August 5th, 2026
Submitting the form is an expression of interest rather than an automatic booking. I will review the proposals, look for the connection between guests and themes, and contact each selected collaborator with the proposed date, format and next steps.
If a week has already been confirmed, it will be removed or marked as unavailable on the form.
Explore the themes
Below, you will find the collaboration calendar draft.
For each week, you can see:
The central productivity theme
The original article or resource
The perspective we will revisit
One possible live-session question
The current availability
You do not need to choose the “perfect” topic. Choose the one that makes you immediately think: “I have something to say about that.”

Complete the short expression-of-interest form below.
You can also message me directly on Substack, especially if we already know one another. However, the form is the best way to share your idea, availability, and links in one place.
I look forward to discovering where your work and these productivity questions might meet! 💗
